Customer Activity Data – collects and processes activity data – email, calendar, phone data, address book, customer relationship management (“CRM”) data, etc. – of Customer communications, further referred to as “Customer Activity Data,” on behalf of the Customer, by allowing to access your third party services. does not receive or store your password for these third party services, relying solely on OAUTH authentication protocols and tokens. You are responsible for adhering to your own companies policies regarding storage, alteration, destruction, sharing and retention of such data.

Customer Activity Data may include Personal Information. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of the Site’s features.

5 – Duration that personal data is kept

5.1 General provisions

Your personal data is stored for the duration that you use the Services. It will be deleted one year after your membership has ended, at the latest, with the exception of data that is required to establish proof of a right or a contract which will be stored for the duration provided by enforceable law.

5.2 Provisions specific to bank card data

Data relating to bank cards are stored no longer than the time necessary to allow the fulfillment of the transaction, except in the case of a subscription, to facilitate the payment of regular customers. In that case, bank card data are stored for the whole duration of your subscription and at least until the date at which you carry out your last transaction. Such storage is implemented by our secured payment service provider Stripe.

By subscribing to the services offered on the Website, you expressly agree to this storage. Data relating to the visual cryptogram or CVV2 on the back of your bank card are not stored. In the case of a payment by bank card, however, data relating to the bank card may be stored as intermediary archives for evidence purpose in the case of possible disputes regarding the transaction, for the duration of 13 months from the debit date. This duration may be extended to 15 months, to take into account the possible use of delayed debit card.

For your information, we take all necessary precautions, as well as the appropriate organizational and technical measures, to maintain the security, integrity and confidentiality of your personal data, and in particular to prevent it from being deformed or damaged and to prevent any unauthorized third party from accessing it. We also use secured payment systems consistent with the state of the art and the applicable regulation.

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that are transferred to your computer or mobile device from your browser. There are two types of cookies: technical cookies and advertising cookies.
