About You

We are looking for a competitive, trustworthy and energetic individual who is eager to learn, build and grow by selling one the most sophisticated Sales tool to great sales teams across the globe. If you are someone who outshines and bounce back whenever challenges are thrown at you, you’re most welcome.

We expect you to have great writing skills, communication skills, ability to learns new tools and software fast.

What you’ll be doing on the team?

In one month you’ll

  • Work directly under our CEO and attend comprehensive training on the product, our market and its competitors.
  • Experience an in-depth product training, including learning how to use the product for your own purpose.
  • Have 1:1 meetings with all members and meet with each teams and the key players.
  • Learn the basics of sales, prospecting, closing, marketing and customer success.
  • Learn SAAS business model and how sales is done online.
  • Shadow colleagues and start working on your own pitch about
  • Learn to use Linkedin, Emails and Phone calls to do prospecting and generate leads.

By month 3 you’ll

  • Master product and have good understanding of the CRM industry.
  • Create loyal clients by spending your day handling 70-80 of prospective and current trial customers.
  • Connect new customers with by understanding their businesses and showing the value of
  • Conduct consultative conversations with customers by asking key questions to understand their needs.
  • Become an expert on to be able to provide right fit solutions to solve customers’ problems.
  • Attain and exceed your sales and customer experience goals
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers and provide accurate sales forecast.

  • Awesome conversation skills.
  • 0- 2 years of b2b sales experience. (If a fresher, please furnish examples of your sales skills during college or other areas of life).
  • Ability to learn anything faster .
  • Has a track record of success, whether in sales or sports, school, another job, etc
  • Customer-oriented and great reader
  • Great Presentation Skills
  • Ready to jump-start a sales career
